After dinner, curl up in the snug area, or retire to the sofas to warm your toes by the wood burner and watch the TV/DVD. There are three bedrooms – one with an en-suite shower room - on the ground floor, all of which have direct access to the garden. Completing this level is the family bathroom and a handy utility room. Upstairs, there is a second lounge with relaxed seating, a desk should you need to catch up on emails whilst away, and doors opening onto a balcony. The final bedroom – a king-size with an en-suite shower room – is located on the first floor. The enclosed garden has a lawn and a patio area with ample seating and a BBQ for outdoor dining.
Spend a relaxing afternoon pottering around the Georgian town of Holt, admiring its spectacular architecture and browsing in the cute boutiques and galleries. Keen walkers will enjoy a visit to Holt Country Park, just outside the town, where you’ll find a 100-acre woodland full of nature trails and picturesque picnic spots. Cromer (14.5 miles) offers the traditional seaside experience, with a fabulous sandy beach, Victorian pier, gift shops and amusements.
