Enjoy a romantic retreat for two at this charming annexe within the grounds of Field Dalling Hall and you’ll be ideally located for exploring both the coast and the countryside. The property itself boasts a studio-style layout with characterful features sympathetic to the history of the property ensuring you have everything you need for a breakaway. For a delightful day trip, the National Nature Reserve and beach of Blakeney is just 4 miles away, with the opportunity to head off on a wildlife spotting boat trip for something a little different.

With views out to the pretty garden, the living room area of the open-plan space is a warm and welcoming place to take the weight off your feet. A two-seater sofa and an armchair ensure comfort for all guests whilst the TV provides entertainment for lazy evenings when you simply do not wish to leave the house. In the centre of the space is the antique double bed, a fantastic feature piece of furniture where you can get a good night’s rest. At the back of the property, you’ll find the modern monochrome kitchen which is small yet cleverly designed to ensure you can cook up a feast at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a two-seater wooden dining table for mealtimes and morning cups of tea. Completing the property is the shower room featuring a cubicle and a heated towel rail. When the weather is warm, you can throw open the French doors and step out onto the patio where a table and chairs await, ideal for al fresco dining.

Active adventurers may wish to walk a stretch of the Norfolk Coast Path, which runs 84 miles from Sea Palling to Hunstanton, joining it at Morston which is just 5 miles from Field Dalling. Alternatively, you can travel further inland and get to know the history of the Norfolk Broads whilst navigating the picturesque waterways. You’ll be able to hire your own vessel to travel in or book yourself onto a sightseeing tour for the full experience.

This is our second visit to Field Dalling Hall Annexe . We love it here its clean well equipped and comfy . The views from the French Windows are great . We saw hares , partridges, deer squirrels . The welcome pack was simply amazing

Felt a little remote as were unaware that nobody else was on site. The Hall appeared to be under renovation! Toilet window catch was broken and repaired when reported.

A fantastic location and a lovely little cottage ideal for exploring the north Norfolk coast. We loved watching the wildlife through the French doors each morning and the peace and quiet of the gardens. We will definitely book again.

The property is well appointed, clean and ideal for a couple. It is set in the grounds of a hall and at breakfast each morning we enjoyed the company of red deer, squirrels, hares, rabbits a multitude of birds and a marvellous display from a huge bird of prey. The location is ideal we found plenty of great country and coastal walks plus only 20 - 3Read more0 minutes from great seaside towns such as Sherringham, Wells next Sea and Cromer. A Very quiet and well situated Annex ,set well off the road down a track with Sheep on either side of the track all in lovely grounds with roaming Deer and Squirrels.

Great cottage in a lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay with a suitably equipped kitchen, good wifi and tv, comfy bed and good heating. Looking forward to visit 5 (or 6- I forget) next year.

A lovely peaceful retreat away from it all. The underfloor heating is great and kept the property very warm. Very comfortable bed. Some lovely welcome gifts too. Great to see the wildlife. Deer, squirrels and hares were there most days and we had a hedgehog visit most nights. The highlight was a wonderful Tawny owl which sat catching worms on the lRead moreawn just outside the patio doors. Managed to get some photos when it flew up and perched in the tree. Delightful Annexe, clean tidy very well equipped kitchen most useful when self catering. If peace and tranquility are your thing, look no further. A very comfortable stay, with deer and hares appearing in the garden. Ideal location from which to explore north Norfolk. We received a very friendly welcome from the owner. On the table was a welcome pack for a much needed cup of tea and a slice of cake. We had an idyllic stay this New Year. It's The accommodation a perfect for a couple and for visiting local attractions and the coast. On the first day we awoke to a family of deer on the lawn, subsequently hares and lots of pheasants visited.
