The pretty cottage sits in the heart of the village of Weybourne, within easy reach of the shop, pub, and tearoom. The property sleeps three guests and makes a lovely bolthole for a couple or small family. The village’s tranquil, shingle beach is just 0.5 miles away, and is a popular spot for anglers. For keen walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path passes through the village, leading to Blakeney and Cromer.

A small flight of external steps leads to the front door of this idyllic brick and flint cottage. Inside, you’ll find a myriad of original features and decor that’s in keeping with the period of the property. The welcoming lounge is a cosy place to relax after a busy day, watching a film on the TV/DVD. The separate kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering holiday, and has a breakfast table for perching with a morning coffee as you plan your day. A refreshing bathroom rounds off the ground floor. Steep, cottage-style stairs lead to the first floor and the two inviting bedrooms. Please note, these rooms have characterful sloping ceilings and you may experience restricted head height in some areas. Outside, discover an enclosed, lawned garden, along with a cute patio area for al fresco dining.

Weybourne has a handful of shops and a cosy pub. The town has a secluded, shingle beach that makes a lovely spot for a picnic, offering far-reaching views along the coast towards Blakeney Point. In summer, the steam trains of the North Norfolk Railway pass through Weybourne, and you can board them to visit the seaside resort of Sheringham or the market town of Holt. Not a comfortable stay! Lumpy beds, green emergency lighting everywhere kept us awake, bedroom door wouldnt close, dingy and musty living room. Not a place for anyone with slightest mobility issues (stairs, shower). The only positive is the location in Weybourne.

A very cosy and comfortable cottage in a nice peaceful village. A great location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. We had a fantastic week staying here at Christmas and were welcomed with mulled wine, mince pies, Christmas pudding flowers and mistletoe, a very nice welcome to start our stay. Highly recommended

Beech Loke Cottage was located in a good position for local attractions. The local store and cafe is particularly good for breakfast and for any food items one may have forgotten. The cottage is quirky with steep stairs and a downstairs bathroom but these features did not detract from our enjoyment of the holiday.

Excellent property. The only downside was parking. Very adequate for one car but a very tight squeeze for two.

STAYED IN NUMBER 2 CROWN HOUSE FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING. POOR WEATHER SO WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME IN THE COTTAGE AND SHERINGHAM. QUIRKY COTTAGE WITH LOTS OF CHARM. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY STATES THERE IS ROOM FOR 2 CARS. CLEARLY THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR ONE CAR AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE UNLESS ANY NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES ALLOW ANOTHER CAR TORead more BE PARKED. AGAIN WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A TORCH AT NIGHT TO OPEN THE SECURE LOCK. Hide

Crown House is very pleasant cottage in a great location. The cottage bathroom and kitchen are somewhat dated but otherwise working and in good order; this did not cause us any concern and it felt a welcoming place. The front garden has good parking for one vehicle and a fixing point to lock bikes. The rear garden was pretty, quiet and pleasant to Read moresit in, particularly during the afternoon when it gets most sun. Bedrooms and beds are comfortable, and quiet at night time. Hide
