Lovely welcome pack on arrival. The bungalow and gardens are beautiful. The wild flower garden was a delight, full of butterflies, bees and birds. A hare came every evening which was amazing to see and deer visited too. Location is great, so many nice places to visit. Was sad to leave such a lovely place.

Comfortable and spacious bungalow, 10 minutes from Holt and well located for the coast and National Trust properties ang gardens. Our second visit, and we would certainly visit again. The hares in the garden at dusk were a bonus. Would recommend getting the train from Sheringham to Norwich, i hour trip and no problems with parking

This is an absolute gem of a property. My wife and I stayed with her sister and 2 elderly relatives of 91 and 93 years of age. We had no issues with our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking. Spacious and everything there for a comfortable stay.

Well situated spacious bungalow near Holt, but away from neighbours, with a very large garden. Lovely welcome pack We found the sofa rather uncomfortable as so deep, even with cushions.

The cottage is very spacious, lots of lovely views of the garden, light & airy. Lovely big garden, beautiful village. Ideal for visiting so many areas. Our weekend was great fun as it was the 40s celebrations, Holt & Sheringham were full of ideas.

We loved this property which is light and airy situated in a small Norfolk village with quiet lanes to walk but with easy access to coast and country. Back to the Garden farm shop is just down the road with a wonderful selection of foods. Langham Dome, Holkham Estate and fish and chips on Wells quay were a few of the places we visited.
