We had a great time at the Old Farmhouse. It is a huge place and very well equipped. First time I've used an aga and it was easier than I imagined. The beds are so comfortable and the showers superb. It was good to have two big lounges so no arguments over tv programmes! We ate at the Queen Victoria acouple of times. Good food and good value - espeRead morecially the "pie night" . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse with our family and baby grandson. The cottage is very well equipped for catering for a group with everything we needed. A delightful home with all amenities provided. It is very private and, despite being on the road it is not overlooked at all. Plenty to do on the doorstep. Many good walks and interesting places to visit. The games room is a good distraction for children and adults.
