Beautifully updated and pet-friendly, this welcoming Norfolk cottage blends traditional character with contemporary sophistication. A pair of en-suite bedrooms – including a ground-floor option – make it perfect for two couples or as a grown-up pals’ retreat. Historic Castle Rising and King’s Lynn are close by, and Sandringham Royal Estate is less than 6 miles from the doorstep.

Tucked away in a quiet edge-of-village cul-de-sac, this thoughtfully renovated residence combines classic cottage features with chic, on-trend touches to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Deftly designed and meticulously detailed, there are sleek finishes, soft tones and pleasant surprises throughout, starting in the entrance hall where a contemporary staircase is accentuated by exposed brick walls. Step into the spacious lounge and find a choice of inviting seating arranged before a wood burner-effect electric fire and Smart TV – setting the scene for relaxing evenings at home. Adjacent, the kitchen/diner sits within a light-filled addition to the original building, with doors opening onto the garden. A utility room with laundry facilities adds convenience to your stay, and completing the ground floor layout is a dreamy double bedroom with its own Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a restful reading area is close to a king-size bedroom with its own Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Outside, take a seat in the patio garden for a breath of fresh country air and al fresco refreshments. Private parking for two cars means you can explore the village at your leisure.

Enjoy country walks from the doorstep or venture less than 6 miles to explore the parkland of the Sandringham Royal Estate. Closer still, Castle Rising (2 miles) is one of the largest, best preserved and most lavishly decorated keeps in England, surrounded by 20 acres of mighty earthworks.

The cottage is beautifully styled and spotless, way exceeding expectations. Spacious for 4 people. It really did feel like a home from home. Location great for exploring Sandringham, Dersingham Bog and the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. Would definitely rebook the cottage if visiting the area again. It would be very hard to beat.

After many years holidaying in this Country this is the first Cottage I have been to where I felt that I would like to come back to. Newly refurbished/built (not sure which) it was immaculate. Nicely decorated well laid and kitted out. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom is one that I would like in my own house. Always hot water and a large walkRead more in shower and a separate bath. Bedrooms each have a double bed - very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Kitchen well stocked with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven table for four. Our dog was well looked after with a large jar of gravy bones and towels to dry her after a walk. Never needed actually drying as the sun shone brilliantly through our week. Close to Sandringham, Hunstanton, Titchwell Marsh and Kings Lynn. The nearby Castle Rising is a joy of an ancient village to wander around and Castle to visit. Supermarkets at Hunstanton and Dersingham PLUS Tesco in the village near the local school. Overall and excellent place to holiday at in a beautiful part of Norfolk Hide
