Well decorated and comfortable property. Comfortable sofas and beds. Needs a means of cooling the interior which gets like a furnace in high temperatures. A powerful fan, solar blinds would be essential in heatwave conditions. The fridge space is limited. An air fryer would be a great addition. Comfortable beds and sofas were excellent. Comfortable, well-appointed cottage in a very peaceful location handy for Kings Lynn, Sandringham Estate, Hunstanton etc. I thought we might be cold staying in December, but the under floor heating kept things really cosy.

We had a wonderful last minute stay at Garden Cottage and found everything we needed for a relaxing, home from home stay. The accommodation is in a very quiet spot and stylishly furnished. The Christmas tree added to the festive feel, along with the complimentary mince pies and bottle of wine . We found it very dog friendly, although wasn't aware tRead morehe garden shown on the photos also doubled as the car parking area. This wasn't a problem as the gate and fencing are fully dog proof. We definitely would like to return Hide

After many years holidaying in this Country this is the first Cottage I have been to where I felt that I would like to come back to. Newly refurbished/built (not sure which) it was immaculate. Nicely decorated well laid and kitted out. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom is one that I would like in my own house. Always hot water and a large walkRead more in shower and a separate bath. Bedrooms each have a double bed - very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Kitchen well stocked with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven table for four. Our dog was well looked after with a large jar of gravy bones and towels to dry her after a walk. Never needed actually drying as the sun shone brilliantly through our week. Close to Sandringham, Hunstanton, Titchwell Marsh and Kings Lynn. The nearby Castle Rising is a joy of an ancient village to wander around and Castle to visit. Supermarkets at Hunstanton and Dersingham PLUS Tesco in the village near the local school. Overall and excellent place to holiday at in a beautiful part of Norfolk Hide
