It won’t take long to make your way down to Old Hunstanton Beach, a sandy, dune-backed beach with plenty of space to spread out, even in the hottest summer months. The quaint and quiet village of Old Hunstanton is around 1.5 miles away, while the livelier seaside resort of Hunstanton is 3 miles, boasting plenty of attractions for families and those with younger children. From here, you can also venture to the neighbouring destination of Heacham (5.5 miles), home to a beloved local lavender farm. A little further still, head to Sandringham Estate (11 miles), the royal residence, and tour the house, gardens, and deer-filled parklands at your leisure.

This modern, simple holiday home has been maintained in a minimalist style – a blank canvas for you to settle into and make your own. It’s set out over three storeys, and when you arrive, you’ll first come across a single bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor. An internal door leads into the garage space which is used as a handy utility area with sink and washing machine. From the entrance hall, ascend a single flight of stairs to reach two further bedrooms: a large family room with a double and a single bed, and a final double bedroom. There’s also a shower room on this floor. Having unpacked and settled in, continue up the final flight of stairs to the open-plan living area at the top of the house. This lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious and inviting, with an equipped kitchen on one side, a dining table in the centre of the room, and a cosy L-shaped sofa in the lounge area – the perfect spot to unwind in front of the Smart TV.

Owing to its elevated position, the sea views from the second floor are simply marvellous, and you can really soak them up from the balcony directly outside. Sit outside and breathe in the fresh Norfolk air from the furnished balcony space. On the ground floor, the property also benefits from a communal green space at the front.
