A beautiful cottage that was the perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway with a group of friends. The property is finished to a high standard and is both comfortable but modern. We had such a lovely weekend amongst the wildlife in the middle of nowhere.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house spending time with family over the new year. The house was perfect, clean, comfortable, and of a very high quality. Beds were very comfy and the electric shutters were lovely to open up in the mornings to see the views on a crisp cold morning and bathrooms were easy to use. Would stay again.

Hay Hill House is extremely comfortable, modern, spacious and equipped to a high standard. Located a little way out of the village of Gressenhall, it is very quiet, with wonderful countryside views. The managing agents were exxtremely helpful and responsive

The property was absolutely fantastic, and exceeded our expectations. The property is tastefully decorated with no expense spared on fixtures and fittings. The beds were a great size, extremely comfortable again with quality bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, crockery and all the cookware you could possibly need. Top quality MieleRead more appliances in the kitchen. It didnt feel like a holiday home but a great quality and comfortable home and we could have stayed so much longer.
