Nestled in the Norfolk countryside this annexe has plenty of walks from your doorstep and benefits from being within easy reach of the stunning North Norfolk coastline. Jump in the car and visit the breathtaking Holkham, the wonderful Burnham Overy Staithe and the historic village of Castle Acre one of the largest and best-preserved monastic sites in England dating back to 1090. A little further afield will take you to some fantastic coastal towns including the lively Wells-Next-The-Sea, Blakeney with its seal colony and the charming coastal town of Sheringham where you can catch the North Norfolk Steam Railway to Holt. The Broads, Pensthorpe Nature reserve and the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall provide wonderful days out and the historic cathedral city of Norwich is just forty minutes away.
Enter this annexe into the lounge area which boasts a backdrop of unspoilt views of a walkers paradise, which is the Norfolk countryside. Here you can relax and unwind on one of the two comfortable sofas while you put on the Smart TV and watch all your favourite programmes. Heading down the hallway you then come to the kitchen area which has everything you need to prepare a meal with its electric oven and induction hob, microwave and a fridge with ice compartment. The dining area has a table and two benches and provides the perfect place to gather around with loved ones and enjoy some conversation over some hearty food. The family shower room with shower and WC is located on the ground floor along with the master bedroom which is king-size and has a chest of drawers and a coat rack to hang your more formal garments. Upstairs is a 2'6 twin zip-and-link room (which can be made up to a king-size on request) and there is also a snug area with a sofa bed.
There is an outdoor area off from the side of the property which has a patio area complete with garden furniture in case you would like to sip on some cocktails and soak up some sunshine. There is private off-road parking for up to two cars.
