The traditional seaside village of Blakeney has plenty of friendly places to eat and drink, with a characterful quayside and the beautiful Blakeney National Nature Reserve offering glorious views across the marshes. From nearby Blakeney Point (3.5 miles) you can take a boat trip to spot the local colony of grey seals in their natural North Sea habitat. This stunning part of the Norfolk coastline is home to a choice of cheerful market towns and fishing villages, with Cley-next-the-Sea and Wells-next-the-Sea both within 10 miles. A little further east is the popular resort of Cromer (14 miles), while to the west you can visit the historic Holkham Estate (11 miles).
