Stay alongside eight guests in this impressive brick and flint cottage on the edge of Blakeney, enjoying easy access to so many Norfolk attractions and the warm, comfortable embrace of the cottage ready to welcome you home each evening. Utterly spacious and always dog-friendly, this impressive cottage really does welcome all kinds of guests, perfect for families, those with young ones in tow or groups of friends. Trips to the beach are always top of mind for guests who stay here, particularly those who pick the two first-floor bedrooms with incredible sea views.

With natural light seeping through, this accommodation offers a real light, bright and airy atmosphere that’s a joy to wake up to each day. A sociable open-plan living space awaits on the ground floor, complete with cushy sofas and a Smart TV on one side, a bespoke fitted kitchen on the other and a large dining table at the centre. A utility room and downstairs WC add versatility to this floor, and you’ll find all of the four bedrooms up on the first floor. Three offer versatile zip-and-link beds, and one is laid out with its own en-suite. The remaining bedrooms share the use of a large, invigorating bathroom. Back downstairs, step out of French doors to reach the sprawling garden, set to lawn and furnished for your al fresco afternoons.

Whilst the centre of the village is around 0.5 miles away, you’ll need to travel a little further to reach the beach. Cley Beach is around 3 miles away, offering a 2-mile stretch of shingle shoreline for sunbathing and swimming. From here, admire the view of Blakeney Point (3 miles). Whilst this is a destination for seal spotting, you can also embark on a boat trip from Morston Quay (2 miles) to get even closer to the resident pups.

Beautiful property with lots of space for socialising. Walking distance to some beautiful walks and pubs. Decorated with great taste and very handy that the beds could be set-up as singles or doubles.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable weeks stay at The Marrams. The facilities, location, garden furniture, and the really comfy beds were spot on. We will return!

A beautiful cottage which was spacious, clean, well equipped and brilliantly situated for walking access to Blakeney Quay, restaurants and shops. We walked to Cley next the Sea and drove to Wells next the Sea, Sheringham, Holkham Hall, Sandringham and took a seal trip from Moreston Quay. Excellent large house, very clean and well equipped. It even has suction bath mats for children! Check in/ out super easy.
