This luxurious holiday home is in the charming coastal village of West Runton, nestled between the popular seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham. The property is less than 0.5 miles from a vast, sandy beach where you can while away the afternoon building sandcastles, hunting for fossils, rummaging in rock pools, and admiring the views towards Cromer Pier. There are spectacular walks to enjoy in and around West Runton, including along the long-distance Norfolk Coast Path. Further afield, spend a day in Cromer (3 miles), soaking up the traditional seaside atmosphere. Be sure to sample the famous Cromer crab in one of the many seafood restaurants, followed by a variety show at the end of the pier. Heading inland, the elegant, Georgian town of Holt (8 miles) is perfect for a spot of retail therapy, thanks to its independent shops and cute boutiques.

As you approach the property along the driveway, take a moment to stop and admire the fabulous coastal views.
