Soak up the Norfolk sunshine with your loved one by your side when you stay at this exquisite, carrstone cottage in Dersingham. Sleeping two guests, the one-bedroom, dog-friendly getaway has a lovely, enclosed courtyard garden. It sits on the fringes of the village, just 1 mile from the magnificent Royal Sandringham Estate where you can discover 600 acres of beautiful parkland to explore.

Open the front door to this single-storey retreat to find yourselves in chic, contemporary-style accommodation, with an abundance of light. At the heart of the property is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with skylight windows that bring the sunshine streaming in. Settle on the sofa in here to chat about your day over a cup of tea or to cuddle up in front of a good film on the Smart TV. Wander over to the kitchen area to rustle up romantic dinners for two on those occasions you choose not to dine out at a friendly Norfolk pub or restaurant. When it is time to turn in for the night, make your way along the hall to the family bathroom to run yourself a bath, before treating yourself to a great night’s sleep in the lovely super-king-size bedroom. Have morning coffee out in the fresh air of the courtyard garden. Dine out here under the stars on balmy summer nights. There is private parking for one car.

This charming cottage is just 6.5 miles from the beach at Heacham and 10 miles from the bustling town of King’s Lynn. Make a picnic and venture 7 miles to Hunstanton to spend time on the beach under the celebrated stripy cliffs. From here you can also watch the sun both rise and set. Drive 5 miles to experience the picturesque, fragrant fields of Norfolk Lavender.

Excellent cottage for 2 in a great location for all of the main attractions in North Norfolk. Exceptionally comfortable bed, warm cosy and well equipped, we extended our stay as we were so relaxed. Good village pub and a lovely walk to Sandringham Estate. Highly recommended.

The location was spot on, easy to find, and nestled in a charming area that made us feel like we were in a postcard. We found this an excellent accommodation. Good location, lots to do and see. 3 national trust properties within an hours drive plus lots of walks around north Norfolk coast and Nelson places of interest. The cottage well equipped, good smart tv and very comfy bed. Recommended.

We loved the cottage it was spotless when we arrived, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. It was equipped to a very high standard and the location was ideal for exploring North Norfolk. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Loved this cottage. Absolutely spotless, tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable. Welcome hamper generous and much appreciated. Location excellent for access to the coast and good walks, excellent pub 5mins walk away (Coach and Horses) and good local shops. Cannot fault it. Thank you!

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has loads of home comforts with modern appliances, is clean , bright and just charming with loads of character. Nestling in a courtyard with other cottages, the neighbours were friendly and everyone said hello. The location is excellent with Sandringham estate in walRead moreking distance.
