Earsham is the home to an award-winning artisan cheese producer as well as one of England’s most exciting producers of wine. Nearby, the market towns of Beccles and Bungay await, with Bungay's castle and ample opportunities for outdoor pursuits like walking, cycling, and boating, while Beccles charms with historic shops and welcoming pubs. Positioned near the Norfolk/Suffolk border and Broads National Park, it's an excellent starting point for coastal and countryside adventures, including the Beccles Marsh Trail and scenic riverside walks. Coastal gems like Lowestoft, Southwold, and Dunwich lie within 18 miles, and Norwich's vibrant cultural scene is a mere 15 miles away, ensuring a diverse array of experiences for an unforgettable holiday escape.

Heading up the driveway to the property and stepping through the front door, guests will be able to notice the wonderful blend of modern-day essentials, paired with a recognition of the home’s farming heritage. As you enter, guests will find to their left The West Lounge and to their right The East Lounge. Both tastefully finished and furnished to create a luxury feel with both rooms wonderful spaces to relax and unwind. Both lounges also benefit from having a wood burner so guests can get cosy in those colder months. Heading along the ground floor corridor is the first of the seven bedrooms. This bedroom with zip-n-link beds and en-suite facilities has been adapted to meet the needs of any guests. On the other side of the corridor is the games room providing for fun for young and old with air hockey, pool, table football and table tennis as well as a games console. Just up from these rooms are the utility room as well as a separate cloakroom. Opposite this is the hub of the house, the kitchen and dining area. A beautifully modern space with traditional features is a wonderful place for guests to come together and enjoy one another company over a lovely meal. On the first floor is where you will find the remaining six bedrooms. All rooms have zip-n-link beds with two of the bedroom having the addition of a single bed making this a great family room. As well as this, all bedrooms have their very own en-suite shower rooms. Each room has been uniquely styled to a high standard to give each space its own unique character.
