Mick and Mandy are excellent hosts. The property is very good with all the things you are likely to need; it is nicely furnished in a modern style. We appreciated the tea, cofee, milk and sugar left for us and also the bottle of wine! Peter and Diane.

Very well designed and equipped property which is an annex to the owner's house. We really enjoyed our stay. A high level of comfort, decor and cleanliness and superb location on the edge of the Broads, and very near to Norwich. The host was friendly and welcoming.

The cottage was really clean and comfortable. We got there in the middle of a heat wave and it was unbearable. We asked mick if he had A fan he said no but the next day he and mandy knocked on the door with a really good tower fan. They were very helpful and kind.

Virtually everything about the property is truly excellent. It's spacious, in perfect condition and very generously equipped. We also found a bottle of wine waiting for us, along with milk and coke in the fridge, packs of shortbread tea and coffee etc . The owners are clearly keen to ensure that their guests have all they need except for one singleRead more thing ... The most important thing of all in a holiday let property is the bed, especially for people who aren't too young. While in perfect condition the mattress is very hard indeed. After the first uncomfortable night, putting towels and the duvet underneath us, we had to purchase a king size, 5 cm thick mattress topper, which made the bed far more comfortable. Such a pity as everything else about the property is so good! Hide
