A really lovely place to stay. Its not as isolated as the photo may lead one to believe , and that's a good thing. The property is really very well speced out and the renovations have been done recently and to a very high standard. Internally it is spacious and outside there is a lovely seating area to have morning coffee on a warm day. We found the Cart Lodge clean, comfortable and pleasant to relax in. The first floor bedroom is delightfully spacious, though the 'lounge/dining' area is quite cramped with comfortable seating for only two adults. We greatly enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was awful!
