Situated on the edge of the charming coastal town of Cromer, this spacious and welcoming property offers an excellent base from which to explore the town itself, the coast and countryside beyond. Most famous for crabbing, be sure to tuck into a Cromer crab sandwich whilst you’re there! Marvel at the iconic Cromer Pier, a Victorian structure brimming with entertainment options. Further along the coast, there’s a family-friendly beach at Sheringham (4.5 miles) and a promenade from which to soak up the views. Blakeney National Nature Reserve (fifteen miles) is also worth a visit for its grey seals and rare visiting seabirds. Heading inland, the market town of Holt (10 miles) is a delight, with shops and eateries amongst its narrow, winding streets.
As you step through the front door and through the entrance porch, ideal for shoes and coats, you will find yourself in the open plan living and dining space. With high ceilings, comfortable seating, and a wonderful wood burner, this really is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and allows guests to create a range of homecooked comforts. Just off the living area is the downstairs shower room and next door, the first of the three bedrooms with single bed. Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with zip and link beds, allowing guests the flexibility of a double bed or two singles. There is also the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Outside the front of the property is a nice front garden with flower beds and to the rear is another enclosed garden, perfect for any four-legged friends.
