We had a fantastic stay at Iken Barn. The property was very private and provided everything you needed for a perfect stay. Sitting in the courtyard catching the morning sun through to late afternoon, then the back garden sun from mid afternoon to the fantastic sunset. The bathroom is large with a lovely rolled top bath and large shower, lovely soRead moreft towels provided. We booked swimming session in the attached barn whilst there, which was easy to do. We also had a few meals in the local pub which is about a 5 minute walk. A good stocked community shop and lovely gift shop on your doorstep. Plenty of local attractions within a short drive. I would definately 100% recommend this property, you will not be disappointed Hide

The Barn is amazing, so sunny and peaceful. It's in a wonderful location, we loved watching the wildlife in the field at the back and the sunsets. Equipped to a very high standard and a lovely place to rest and relax.

We had a fantastic holiday. The barn is stunning and the online pictures dont do it justice. Paul, the owner, introduced himself on the first day - it was lovely to meet him and know how to reach him if we had any issues. Wed highly recommend the barn to anyone who wants peace and quiet, to get away from it all and enjoy nature - families of deeRead morer in the fields, birds and rabbits. There is very little light pollution - the night sky is stunning on cloudless nights. There are a few steps to access the barn, otherwise it is accessible for people with mobility issues. The barn is in a remote area, with a local shop and pub within a short distance away, and larger supermarkets within a few miles. There is a pool available, though we didnt take advantage of it. The cottage is superb, very modern and only just become available for use this summer. Fitted to a very high standard it is really spacious, with enormous amounts of storage space. There isn't much to do at the cottage (apart from chill and relax in the peace and quiet next to farmland) but it is ideally placed to explore north Norfolk. We recomRead moremend Sea Palling beach if you want the nearest and best beach in the area, although it gets very busy on hot weekend days. The local pub is also just a short walk and serves excellent food. Hide
