Nearby you have the National Trust attraction Blickling Hall (4.5 miles) near Aylsham and the heritage Bure Valley Railway (6 miles) that runs from Aylsham directly into The Broads National Park at Wroxham and the elegant Georgian market town of Holt all offer a great day out for the whole family (6.5 miles). As you step through the front door and walk through the entrance space to your right is where you will find the living/dining area with comfortable seating, an open fire, a Smart TV and a French door leading out to the garden. The kitchen area is also just off the living space, well equipped offering guests all they could need to create some home-cooked comforts. Before heading upstairs, at the foot of the stairs there is also the cottage’s cloakroom with a useful WC. Upstairs plays host to three bedrooms, two double bedrooms, a bunk bedroom as well as the family bathroom. All three bedrooms are cosy and comfortable rooms, just what you could wish for after a long day exploring this beautiful area of Norfolk and all it has to offer.
Outside, the property has a beautiful rear garden overlooking the river with lawn and flower beds. A wonderfully relaxing spot to just sit and watch the world go by.
