This recently renovated (in 2024) apartment is in a superb location, 100 metres from the sandy beach and very close to the amenities of Cromer town centre. The popular seaside town of Cromer has a pier, beautiful beaches, many independent places to eat out and traditional seaside amusements. If you fancy having a go at surfing, lessons and equipment hire can be booked at the local surf school. The Pavilion Theatre on the pier stages traditional variety shows and live music events. Amazona Zoo (1 mile) offers a fantastic family day out and don’t miss a round of crazy golf or the excellent maritime museum. You can pick up the Norfolk Coast Path providing stunning walks along cliffs and marshes, where you’ll find quaint seaside villages and towns including, Sheringham, Cley, and Blakeney (all within 13 miles). Or venture inland to the Georgian market town of Holt and hop on the North Norfolk Railway steam train (10 miles).

The entrance to this property leads you upstairs from street level to the first floor. On entering this attractive apartment, you are welcomed into a hall with room to hang your coats and put away sandy shoes. Leading off from here, you’re met by open-plan living at its best; a well-equipped kitchen opens up into a light and airy living area with patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the sea.
