Take in the splendour of the Norfolk Broads with a stay in this riverside haven in the village of Reedham. Boasting views of the River Yare and endless opportunities for boat trips and watery adventures within reach, you’re well-positioned to get to know Norfolk’s famous national park while staying here with beloved friends and family. The property accommodates a total of eight guests, two of which are invited to share a cosy single bedroom with a pull-out trundle bed, ideal for younger holidaymakers enjoying an exciting sleepover. It’s also pet-friendly with two furry friends invited to stay, ideal when stepping out each day with a wide array of walks to tackle.

Neutral colouring meets hardwood flooring, a feature fireplace and original stable-style doors to give this traditional cottage an undeniable elegance. A lounge sits separate from the kitchen/diner on this property’s ground floor, creating space for the whole family to unwind, whether relaxing in front of the Smart TV or playing a board game at the table. The wood burner sits beside the TV to create the cosiest space for unwinding, while the garden at the rear is large, enclosed and furnished with special features including a pizza stone for summer months. Back indoors, all four bedrooms – two king-size rooms, a cosy twin and one single – and two bathrooms are laid out on the first floor with everything you need for restful nights.

A popular locale within The Broads, Reedham is an enviable village with a selection of stunning pub gardens for sitting by the river, a quay with boat trips and mooring for your personal boat and the Pettitts Animal Adventure Park (1 mile) – a great place to visit with kids. The river can be followed all the way to Great Yarmouth (12 miles), another delightful tourist destination with its wide sandy beach and traditional seaside fare.

A beautiful cosy cottage and a beautiful location! Felt very homely! Great local pubs (tried all 3!) and a lovely tearoom next door! Enjoyed lots of local walks and feeding the ducks on the river! Perfect week

A lovely cottage in a beautiful village with lots of interesting walks on the doorstep and 3 very good pubs serving good food. Some of the upstairs floors are creaky and a bit uneven but on the whole our family really enjoyed our stay and the welcome pack and voucher for the tea room next door were a lovely surprise. Thank you

Our family staycation at the cottage was amazing indeed! The house was super clean and the kitten was fully stocked with all the equipment needed. The back garden was also really nice and the location of the cottage was nice with a river view and free parking. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 7 and would highly recommend this cottage!
