The property sleeps ten guests and makes the perfect coastal bolthole for family get-togethers and holidays with friends. You’ll be just 0.5 miles from the sandy beach, and you’re also within 3 miles of the popular coastal resorts of Cromer and Sheringham. Alternatively, heading inland, you’ll soon reach the historic market town of Holt (8.5 miles.

The Victorian property provides a stylish setting for your holiday, with high ceilings, antique-style furniture, statement wallpaper, and elegant accessories. The beautiful lounge has ample comfortable seating for everyone, a Smart TV, and a large bay window that lets in plenty of natural light. A magnificent kitchen/diner occupies the rear of the ground floor, with everything you need to cater for the group and a dining table for hosting dinner parties and special occasions. A handy utility room completes the ground floor. On the first floor you’ll find three tastefully decorated bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A fabulous family bathroom is also on this floor. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, along with another bathroom. Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden is a real suntrap and is the perfect spot for al fresco dining in summer months.

Within the village you’ll find a cosy pub, beach cafe, and a number of restaurants. However, the village’s piece de resistance is its glorious, sandy beach. Spend time here, splashing in the sea, rummaging in rock pools, and hunting for fossils. At low tide, you can also walk along the beach to Sheringham.
