Celebrate that special occasion or spend that group holiday on a farm at Langley, near Chedgrave in Norfolk. Sleeping 10 guests across five bedrooms, the accommodation comprises three separate cottages, each providing comfortable, self-contained accommodation. Situated 2 miles from Loddon and 13 miles from Norwich, the property is also well placed for the magnificent Norfolk Broads and the east coast.

The first retreat sleeps two guests and offers single-storey accommodation centred on an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can cook tasty meals with the fresh Norfolk produce you have bought, dine together and relax in front of the Smart TV. There is a double bedroom and family bathroom here, and the cottage has French doors leading to a courtyard. The second hideaway, which has two bedrooms, sleeps four guests and also offers single-storey living. Here French doors can also be thrown open in the lounge/kitchen/diner on summer days, as you whip up hearty meals, dine together and find films to enjoy on the Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin and there is a family bathroom. This retreat also has a courtyard garden. The final bolthole has two bedrooms and sleeps another four guests. This two-storey cottage also features a lounge/kitchen/diner where you can unwind in front of the Smart TV, cook together and sit down to holiday meals. A spiral staircase leads up to a double bedroom, a twin and a family bathroom. This property also has a courtyard for summer relaxation. All three cottages share a large lawn where everyone can gather in the fresh air to play games and have picnics.

Plan days out to Norwich to go see the famous cathedral and castle and to go shopping and dine out. Head to Beccles, 10 miles away, to hire day boats on the southern Broads.

This was by far, one of the best, well equipped holiday cottages we have rented. Very clean. Fantastic location for us, as three families using all three cottages. The outside space was great for water fights, badminton and other garden games. We loved the wildlife. Hired a swimming pool nearby for an hour. Lots to do in the area. We didn't use pRead moreublic transport, but did see buses in the village. 9/10. Flies were a slight issue but whilst staying on a farm to be expected, a minor inconvenience. Hide

Superb properties set in a lovely location. We rented all three cottages and highly recommend them. Very well-designed and well-equipped to a high standard with lots of extras you often don't find in holiday cottages. The cottages are secluded and the drive to them could guarantee wildlife - pheasants, partridge, muntjak deer - as well as the goatsRead more and donkey near the cottages. The information booklet provided was excellent with lots of useful information and well laid out. The nearby villages of Chedgrave and Loddon have nice pubs and useful shops and Beccles has a choice of large supermarkets as well being worth a visit in it's own right. Hide

Lovely clean properties very well equipped and in a lovely area, very comfortable beds and the owner was on hand for anything that was needed

All 3 properties were excellent. They were well-equipped and comfortable and there were plenty of thoughtful touches in the way that they were furnished. The welcome pack was a nice bonus, as well. Richard was very friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. One tip make sure that you follow the supplied directions to the site. We have had a fantastic holiday using all three properties. There was everything we needed plus some. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. A lovey quite location, we can all highly recommend these properties.

We travelled as a family of 9 and stayed at the 3 properties for a week. The cottages are truly a home from home and have all the essentials you may not be expecting, which make your stay really easy and comfortable. They have been renovated/decorated to a really high standard and it really feels cosy and homely. The garden area is fantastic if yoRead moreu have small children as its fully enclosed and is huge so you can play lots of games outside when the weather is good, which it was for the full week we were there. The properties are on a working farm which you reach by driving through a Langley senior school but there is still a co-op and pub under 10 minutes drive and its easy to get to all the tourist hotspots daily.
