Two tastefully decorated bedrooms are waiting for you when your eyes become tired: a king-size room and a twin room, both boasting en-suite shower rooms. The property has been built to be as eco-friendly as possible using air source heat pumps, water from a private supply on the farm as well as most of the electricity being provided via the farms large array of solar panels.
For an energetic start to the day, venture less than 1 mile to the Marriot's Way, a 26-mile-long footpath and cycle route that meanders through stunning countryside and wildlife-rich habitats, including the Wensum River Valley (7 miles) and Whitwell Common (6 miles). Enjoy a pitstop at one of the surrounding pubs, or drive to Norwich (10 miles) for a wealth of delicious eateries, a plethora of events and shopping opportunities. Other local attractions include Norfolk Broads (13 miles), National Trust properties or up to North Norfolk for days at the beach (all within 20 miles).
