Perfect for couples or small families, this annexe is set within the grounds of the owner’s property with privacy assured and is well situated on the country border to explore all that Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer. The property is just a three-mile drive to Snetterton racetrack and makes a great base for a weekend event. The pretty market town of Attleborough is a short 5 miles away with its locally run pubs, cafes and shops and there are also two supermarkets. For a great day out, Banham Zoological Gardens is 3 miles away, or take a trip to Thetford Forest, run by the forestry commission, to enjoy their canopy-top obstacle course, hire mountain bikes and hit the trails, or take a long walk to enjoy observing the wildlife and only 1.6 miles away from the popular Snetterton Race Circuit for motor racing enthusiasts.

As you enter the annexe, you head straight up a flight of stairs to the first floor where the property is spread across. To the left, you will find the light and airy master bedroom with a double bed and lovely woodland views from the window, down the hall there is a second single bedroom. Both bedrooms are lovingly finished to create warm and welcoming spaces to rest after a day of exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk countryside. There is a shower room to start the day afresh. At the far end of the property, you are welcomed by an open-plan living area that contains the lounge, kitchen, and dining space. The kitchen is well equipped for storing your ingredients and preparing home-cooked meals, and the dining table and chairs make a great space to enjoy them together. The comfortable seating is placed perfectly in front of the Smart TV and patio doors that give stunning views over the neighbouring countryside, where the local muntjac deer frequently make an appearance.

There is an area of the owner’s garden to the rear of the property that can be enjoyed by guests of the annexe, and there is direct access into the neighboring fields to absorb and enjoy that fresh countryside air.

A beautifully maintained, safe and secure property with lovely views over open countryside, set in exquisitely manicured grounds. A great base for trips to Snetterton race track, Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens and Banham Zoo, as well as discovering other local villages. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at the Little Coach House. Everything we needed was there or we just had ask for it. The owners our very friendly and helpful. We would love to go back someday.
