The sandy beaches of Hunstanton, Thornham and Brancaster are all within a 6-mile radius, so take your buckets and spades or your water sports gear for an unforgettable day by the sea.

This charming and comfortable character cottage with an open-plan ground floor is a real home-from-home with a coastal theme in the decor and original exposed wooden ceiling beams. The lounge, featuring a welcoming wood burner, provides a relaxing social space to unwind after busy days exploring the surrounding countryside, villages, and coastline. The kitchen has all the appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. The first floor offers three comfortable bedrooms - one king-size, one small single bed, and one double bed with a stylish en-suite shower room. Completing the property is a contemporary family bathroom. Outside is a private, fully enclosed, and sheltered garden. Relax on the small patio with furniture or the bench seating in the shingled area. At the front of the property is a shared garden, and you’ll find a shared orchard in the grounds.

For nature lovers, the nature reserve at Holme Dunes (8 miles) has a range of coastal habitats to explore. Be sure to visit Holkham Hall (12 miles) with its stunning beach, year-round events, and acres of parkland to enjoy. Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe, both within 7 miles, are excellent for sailing and nature trails. Alternatively, head to the popular Georgian village of Burnham Market (7 miles), where you’ll find an array of boutique shops, delis and fine eateries.
