Cute cottage in nice location. Heacham is a nice place to get away for a few nights and the cottage was convenient for everything. Easy free parking outside the cottage. Really good kitchen facilities if you are staying longer. Shop just over the road and a couple of places to get breakfast. We had lunch at the West Norfolk which was great.

Beautiful location close to amenities and some fabulous places to visit, most within walking distance or a short drive. Fabulous beaches nearby and great local dog walking trails. Cottage was cosy, good size tv with everything on it ie Netflix and Amazon prime. Sofa and chairs we found very low and a bit uncomfortable. Beds clean and comfortablRead moree, slept well and shower was lovely. Cottage most suited to young or physically fit people as stairs very steep and narrow steps. Garden small but nice to sit out in the evening although my dog would not walk on sharp gravel stones. Not very private out back as have to walk past neighbour and other properties windows and gardens. Everybody friendly and everywhere very dog friendly. Lovely holiday but quite pricey for small cottage with no lawned garden for dogs or children. Location fabulous and owner of cottage very friendly and helpful . Hide

The owner is super friendly, and clearly takes such pride in the property with the little personal touches and messages of tips & recommendations which make all the difference. The village itself is lovely, I enjoyed sunny walks in the evening with my dog and either popped to the shops for ingredients or picked up a takeaway from the local Chinese, which is going to be a hard one to beat!
