Well placed for the town and the beach. Well equipped and comfortable. We had two small children with us and it worked well with two stairgates and a safe small garden. The welcome pack was a nice touch.

Very spacious house, extremely clean and pleasantly decorated. Spread out over 3 floors, with a handy porch and downstairs toilet it's great for multi-generation family holidays. This is a spacious and well-equipped property which was ideal for our family get-away. The en-suites were perfect for allowing privacy for our adult children and their partners. The location is excellent.

Lovely holiday home, everything felt like a luxury. Excellent location for Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton beaches. Amazing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen was well appointed, living room comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of space; perhaps 8 people would struggle to fit on sofas in living room. Never been asked to remove bed linen before at endRead more of holiday - surely cleaners usually do this - but not too much extra bother. Just couldnt work out why this was asked. Hide

Nice location within easy reach of the town and beach. We managed to fit 3 cars on the drive. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the decor is lovely. The owner/norfolk cottages were really responsive and check in etc very smooth.
