Holt is a thriving town with a wealth of great pubs, galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants, and is home to the beautiful Holt Country Park and the popular North Norfolk Railway as it travels along the Poppy Line to the charming coastal resort of Sheringham (7 miles). Heading inland, this part of Norfolk is host to a variety of local attractions for all the family to enjoy, include Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall, Pensthorpe Natural Park and Baconsthorpe Castle, all within 15 miles.
Holt is also very popular throughout the year with various events such as, the Holt Festival and Sunday markets all taking place thought the summer with famous comedians, artists and stalls from local artisan traders.
