This is a well equipped, warm and welcoming family cottage. We stayed over the Christmas period and 3 generations had a wonderful time at Yew Tree Cottage. There was a well equipped kitchen and even cooking our Christmas dinner was a breeze. The spacious accommodation was perfect for 4 adults, 2 children and our dog Lillie. Lovely location whRead moreich was extremely quiet and private but with easy access to a brisk beach walk in the morning and a short drive to Sheringham and Cromer. The local pub The Ship Inn was very welcoming and offered a good choice of beers. we loved the underfloor heating - I have stayed in other properties during the winter months and have been cold, however this property stayed warm throughout our stay and lashings of hot water on tap!! Would highly recommend this property.... Hide

7 of us had a lovely stay in the house. The children enjoyed the games room and the small T V lounge. The house was very warm and comfortable. The village is very quaint. We went to Bewilderwood which especially appealed to our 7 year old. We also went to Wells by the sea. A huge beach. We ate fish and chips and ice cream in the town there. Yew Tree House is a very comfortable and well equipped holiday location. It is close to a lovely pebble beach. Perfect for walks. Weybourne is a quiet village close to places of historical interest. Holt has a number of independent shops. Sheringham is a small, traditional, seaside town. Both are close by.

The house is lovely and had all the space we needed for 8 people. The set up for the bedrooms was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children - something that's hard to find. The location was great being close to two pubs/restaurants and a cafe/shop. Lots of lovely walks from the cottage and an easy drive to reach Sheringham and Holt.

Lovely spacious property with a great games room. Unfortunately both tumble drier and washing machine doors had broken and the gate wouldnt shut so the garden was not secure for our dog. However after ringing to report, someone came out to secure gate and another who ordered parts for both appliances.
