Quaint cottage in a fabulous location, with the additional advantage of a parking space, somewhat of a rarity in Wells. The small access road is quite tight for a larger car but can be managed with care. The cottage is quite small upstairs but does have enough living space downstairs for three people. Very well appointed to a high standard. In a great position. A quiet, peaceful and cosy cottage. Garden fully fenced and gated making it dog proof. Easy access to pubs/restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coronation Cottage. We have been staying in Wells next the Sea for 11 years and have walked past Honeymoon Row countless times without realising what a hidden gem it is. So quiet and peaceful and such a lovely variety of buildings, all within a stones throw of the town. We hope to return next year

Well situated, comfortable cottage. The beds were very comfy. The log burner added to the coziness in the evening. The photos and intro by the owner was a lovely touch. We would definitely consider coming back especially as the cottage was so central yet had its own parking.

This cottage is lovely. It is clean, well equipped and cosy. Importantly, the garden was secure for our wily Jack Russell who has been known to escape from 'secure' properties before now. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location, within walking distance to village pubs/cafes/groceries. Cottage extremely well equipped and clean, has everything you need for up to 3 people. Comfy beds and sufficient clothing storage.

We were very happy with our stay at the property. However, the recycling bin was full to overflowing and was not due for emptying during the week of our stay. It was obvious that no one had put it out for emptying for a number of weeks. We did ensure the general waste was collected. Perhaps the caretaker could provide a Council refuse collection caRead morelendar for the property. We had to go onto the Council website to find the collection dates. Hide

I was mostly satisfied with the property. Just a few minor things that would have made the stay complete. The doors were difficult to lock and we had a maintenance person call unexpectedly. Luckily we happen to be in the cottage, otherwise it would have been a wasted journey for him. The shower on off mechanism was extremely hard to use. The garRead moreden gate was not aligned, so it took two to push and bolt the gate. On a positive note the beds were comfortable and the cottage was very clean. Hide
