Ideally situated in the centre of the thriving family-friendly seaside resort of Cromer, this bright and cheerful second-floor apartment makes a fantastic base for exploring a lovely part of the North Norfolk coast. With plenty of room for up to four guests, the beautifully decorated getaway occupies two floors and features a cosy wood burner, a cheerful window seat and wooden flooring. Ideal for couples and smaller families, this stylishly furnished bolthole is just a short stroll from the town’s glorious sandy beach and famous pier.

A couple of flights of stairs lead up to the entrance to this relaxing apartment, with a smaller flight of stairs leading across the hall and into the inviting lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has comfortable seating, a wood burner and Smart TV, offering an ideal space to settle back with a movie or favourite book in the evenings. The kitchen to the rear has plenty of equipment so you can serve up delicious meals which you can enjoy around the breakfast bar or foldaway table. There’s also a sweet window seat in the big bay windows overlooking the town. This floor has a cheery king-size bedroom with its own TV. Upstairs, the upper floor features a relaxing double bedroom and a large family bathroom in the eaves of the building. Although the apartment has no outside space of its own, the property is perfectly placed for exploring Cromer, with a popular park just 100 metres away.

As well as the park, beach and pier, the apartment is just a few hundred metres from Cromer’s bustling Esplanade, shops, pubs, RNLI museum and putting green. Amazona Zoo is less than a mile inland, with other attractions including Gunton Park Sawmill, Baconsthorpe Castle, Blickling Hall, Holt Country Park and Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate all within 11 miles.

Very bright clean and comfortable (dont be put off by the entrance/ hallway, which is not particularly attractive) but once upstairs all your needs are catered for and the perfect location to either just relax or explore. Would return to this property.

Beautiful hidden gem of a flat! Really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the thoughtful details - and trying the tropic products! Lovely, welcome goodies and such a stylish and well - equipped place to stay. Loved morning dips and coffee near the surf club, trips to Sheringham ( Guac and Mole fantastic for setting and Mexican food), Coastal pathRead more walks, day trips to Norwich and hopping on the trains, fish and chips from No1 and drinks at the end of the Pier. We have enjoyed our stay in Cromer. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. Downstairs bed was very comfortable Nol fish and chips very good. The white Horse is good for a meal and drink and the Gibson Bistro in Church Street is excellent. Further afield: Sandringham is a must - need to book and also Blicking Hall - NT. TheRead morey are both worth a visit. Rooks Roost is a good location to be near places. Thanks for the treats Hide

Our first visit to Cromer. We will be back. Beautiful apartment - love it. Lots of good restaurants in Cromer, Hot rocks - Great Lovely street food from Yumy Yumy Great breakfast at Hatters Tea Shop. Hope to come back to Rooks Roost, Thank you for a lovely stay

Thank you for having us at the Rooks Roost. This has been our first family holiday trip to North Norfolk. We have absolutely loved it. A beautiful part of the world and this has been so lovely. Comfortable base for us. We all appreciated the thoughtful treats for us on arrival, all the things that are essential on a holiday home ( good heating, welRead morel-equipped kitchen, etc) and the extras like dog treats.
