Excellent accommodation. Reedham is a good centre for touring the Broads and coastal areas of Norfolk and Suffolk. The quayside is a place to relax over a coffee and watch the world go by on the River Yare. Take advantage of the rail service to Norwich or Lowestoft, and the chain ferry for a shortcut to Beccles. Fantastic property to have a break. Super clean on arrival. Very well equipped, even knife sharpener and kitchen scales. Washing machine and dishwasher present. Lovely view out of the lounge window across the fields. Property very cosy, and was a joy to return to each day after exploring the area. If you have a dog it would be great as the Read moregarden is securely fenced. Rachel is a good host and dealt with our queries in a timely manner. This is an excellent property to stay at with wonderful views to wind down with in the evening. Everything we could have needed had been catered for even the dog. Our short holiday made top marks here because both the hosts and the original cottage team made it work for us, we cannot fault the whole process and would definitely use this same setupRead more again. Bungalow set in a lovely location with views across the marsh. Sitting outside, at the front ,watching the sun go down was a delight. The accommodation is only a short walk to the Broads where there are two good public houses facing the water. Enjoyed our evening meals outside by the boats. What an outstanding holiday home. Weve never stayed anywhere so well thought out. Everything you can think of was provided and we had an amazing time as a family. Local pubs and attractions are great-highly recommended, we will be back. What a find!

My mum and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage - it was a last minute booking and, to be honest, the bungalow does not have a lot of kerb appeal on the website. However, in the flesh it was much better with gorgeous views over farmland (no smells) to the front and the interior was well equipped with some good quality beds and furnishings. The welcomeRead more pack included wine, beer and a lovely cake. Reedham is a nice village with a couple of unusual bridges and a nice pub, the Ship, serving tasty food. We found we could get to where we wanted to go; be aware it takes about 10-12 minutes to get to/from the A 47. The area is handy for the Broads and Norwich. The train station is a short distance down the road (no noise) so you could have a car free trip if you are able to walk a bit. Hide

the bungalow is fantastic and has everything you could possibly want. i would recommend it to everyone. when we arrived there was a bottle of wine and a lovely home made cake waiting for us. we all enjoyed our stay there and would definitely do so again.

Cornfield is a lovely bungalow, spacious , comfortable and beautifully presented. Our dog loved the garden, it was a shame the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it as much! We had a lovely stay at cornfield bungalow, it had everything we needed. We found the memory foam bed very comfortable. Lovely village location looking out over the broads. Nice big garden which is secure for dogs. Its about a 30 minute drive into Norwich, 35 mins to Horsey gap beach or Winterton beach, both are lovely beaches. The bungalow, and the the lovely cake and goodies upon arrival, were very welcoming. Everything you could need was provided and the garden was fully dog proof! Our Jack Russell didn't manage to find any holes to escape through.
