  • Make the most of being just 100 metres from the beach
  • Relax in one of two lovely gardens boasting beautiful views of the town and beach

Property code: OC-2330

This beautifully appointed, spacious house is only 100 metres from the beach and is ideal for friends or families looking for a relaxing seaside holiday. The awesome sea views from the garden make this a special place to stay. The gate in the garden opens onto the Norfolk Coast Path, leading to the top of the Beeston Bump, offering stunning 360 views of Sheringham and the coastline. Sheringham is a traditional seaside town with a pebble and sandy beach that disappears at high tide when you can enjoy rock pooling instead.

This impressive two-storey property boasts plenty of natural light along with elegant and contemporary furnishings and decor for a memorable stay. Downstairs are a dining room and a kitchen with all the appliances needed to cook up a storm. The large living room has comfortable seating for chilling, chatting, or watching box sets on the Smart TV. A separate sitting room provides a second space to socialise. Upstairs you’ll find a family bathroom and three bedrooms - one king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, one double and one twin. The garden annexe has a king-size bedroom and a shower room. There are two pretty rear lawned gardens to enjoy - one with garden furniture and one with a patio area with furniture - and a BBQ available to make the most of dining alfresco.

There are many attractions to suit all ages close to Sherringham. Nature lovers can head to Blakeney Point (10 miles), where you can take a boat trip to see the seal colonies. For those interested in the area’s history, Felbrigg Hall (5 miles) and Blickling Hall (14 miles) are well worth visiting. The coast is the real star, with miles of sandy or pebbly beaches. Take your buckets, spades, and water sports equipment and head to Cromer (4 miles) or the quieter Salthouse Beach (6 miles).

Great house for families or groups of friends. Annex in the garden was particularly useful. Excellent location for coastal walks or into town.

One of the best holiday accomodations we have stayed in but sadly a holiday of two halves. The first week was great and the location next to the coastal path ideal. Sadly, the second half I slipped on the edge of the paving, broke a bone in my foot and had to go home 3 days early via A&E. Despite the mishap we are hoping to book again next year.

The house is superb in every way. Its location is wonderful, with a choice of walks to the town centre. As to the house, it was extremely clean, well laid out with everything you can think of within the house.

The house was absolutely perfect for a family with three grown up children and their partners. Loved the open plan kitchen / diner. All cooking equipment you needed and the house was spotless. Best of all we all loved being able to walk out onto the coastal path - either into town or to Beeston Bump. The annexe was also lovely and self contained.

This is a comfortable, well equipped house in a quiet location within 10 minutes walk of Sheringham High Street, with the option of walking straight out onto the cliff tops and joining the coastal path. A good base to explore this part of Norfolk .

Good location you can walk to town easily. Nice sheltered outside space and property has everything you need to cook for yourself. We had a really good time and would recommend. Coastal bus service is convenient and inexpensive too.

Our 5th visit and as lovely as always. Just the perfect place for our family. Excellent location for the beach and town and lots to do if you fancy a little drive, we never leave Sheringham though when we stay! Looking forward to hopefully returning again next year.
