We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Within a few minutes walk of the centre of Holt, but with plenty of parking and a large garden, it is ideal. The cottage is well furnished and very well equipped with all you need for a fully self catered break, but close to cafes and restaurants if you choose to eat out. I can thoroughly recommend itRead more. Hide

Nice style of decor and well equipped. Think the standard of cleaning should be improved, Really excellent location in Holt and a good sized private and secure garden for a dog.

A lovely cottage in a good location. A few minutes walk into Holt and footpath from the garden to Spout Hills and on through woods and fields. Short drive to Cley and Blakeney. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable with all the equipment needed to rustle up meals if required. The generous garden was tidy and fully enclosed, perfect for the dRead moreog to have a run around. Whilst I was there the aircraft from Marham were busy so there was a bit of noise but you soon got used to it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you. I look forward to a return visit. Hide

The property is amazing, I'm not sure the photos or description do it justice, it's so much better!! The twin bedroom is a great size with two full sized beds and lots of space. The kitchen is so well equipped (the oven door doesn't shut properly, which doesn't effect use but can't be very energy efficient), the garden is lovely and huge (would be Read moregreat to have been able to go out the back gate on to the footpath but it was locked). The footpath leads out on to an amazing walk round Spouts Hill and we walked to the Kings Head pub at Letheringsett which we highly recommend. A short 2minute walk into Holt Town Centre and some lovely cafes and shops. The sitting room is great and comfy sofas, the snug is lovely but feels a bit like a lost room, it could benefit from a tv/dvd player in. An amazing property highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Hide

Very comfortable and extremely well-equipped. Quiet location. Not far to walk into the town. A guest toilet downstairs would be a great advantage, especially when 6 people are staying in the property.
