A cosy cottage in a wonderful location: a stones throw from the sea front and walking distance of central Cromer.

Could not have asked for a better location. Yes stairs are steep so do not book if you have an issue, otherwise lighting and grab rail work perfectly. All amenities included, comfortable.

Lovely property, in great location, will definitely book again. Comfortable, warm in the winter, and well equipped. If youre tall, watch your head on the stairs!

Good location. Stairs more narrow and winding than thought they would be, wouldn't like to think I had a small child using them

Comfort and quality gets a 4 only because of the narrow stairs. Value for money satisfactory, but on the expensive side. Otherwise very good.

We really enjoyed the house and location. Our Westie dog loved his walks and settled in quickly. Recommend fitting a Stargate at the top of the steep stairs.

The cottage was beautiful and in the perfect location with the beach being a 5 min walk away. Cromer town centre was 1 min down the road and there were several lovely cafes and a Co-op literally round the corner. The bed was also the most comfy thing Ive ever slept on, it was honestly divine! My daughter enjoyed the bunk beds in the second bedroom Read moreand also complimented them on being extremely comfortable. The only reason for not giving a 5 star on everything was that the stairs are so tightly curved and extremely narrow that I was scared to come down them whilst carrying anything, which made things slightly difficult, but we did get more used to them by the end of the week, lol! Overall, an absolute gem of a holiday cottage and one that we will most definitely be coming back to ?? Hide
