Wildlife lovers should head to Horsey Gap (12 miles) to see the local seal colony and the village of Happisburgh (19 miles), with its striking red and white lighthouse. Thrigby Hall Wildlife Garden (2 miles) and Caister Castle, with its car collection and the nearby Roman Fort, also make a lovely day out and are less than 3 miles away.
