A centrally located end-of-terrace characterful cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing holiday and a great base to explore North Norfolk's many attractions. Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular coastal town with an impressive harbour where you can try crabbing on the quayside and watch the sailing boats come and go. The soft sandy beach (1.5 miles) with colourful beach huts and a backdrop of woodland pines is ideal for making sandcastles, participating in water sports, eating ice cream, and enjoying fresh local seafood.

This delightful former sweet shop set over two floors will impress you from the moment you walk through the door. There are many charming original features, including exposed ceiling beams, and these have been combined effortlessly with a coastal theme and stylish contemporary decor and furnishings. On the ground floor is a bright open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of natural light. The living space is full of character and boasts comfortable seating for socialising, along with a Smart TV for entertainment and a wood burner for the cooler months. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up some tasty treats. Head upstairs, and you'll find a family bathroom and two bedrooms - a king-size and a super-king-size. Outside is a quaint enclosed courtyard with a picnic bench and BBQ so you can relax and enjoy fine days chatting over a drink or dining alfresco.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are plenty of popular sights to discover. Dive into the local history with a visit to nearby Holkham Hall (3 miles) and explore the woodland walks, walled gardens, and adventure playground for children. The local area is ideal for walking, wildlife or birdwatching and National Trust Blakeney Nature Reserve (5 miles) is a must-see attraction. The traditional seaside town of Cromer, with a Victorian pier, is 20 miles away.

  • Electric oven, induction hob, under counter fridge with ice box, microwave, freezer and dishwasher

A well-renovated and comfortable cottage in a great location in lovely Wells-next-the-Sea. The perfect base for a bus-assisted walk of the Norfolk Coast Path from Hunstanton to Cromer.

Lovely traditional cottage but modernised. Great location. As one might expect, any tall guests might be challenged by low ceilings and especially by the in bath shower head which cant be more than 1.80M high. If you can allow for this, youll have a most enjoyable stay. Three pubs within 2 minutes walk and parking nearby although this might be an iRead moressue during high season. Hide

A beautiful house in the heart of Wells. Restaurants and shops abound within minutes, and everything the North Norfolk coast offers is a short drive or bus journey away. People over about 5 foot 6 will need to take care upstairs, but the house is comfortably furnished throughout. The kitchen is small, but kitted out with everything you need, but thRead moreere are so many great restaurants in the neighbourhood you may not bother. Hide
