Holt's Georgian market town is four miles away and has a lovely Owl Trail to discover the best hidden architectural gems. Alternatively, head to Holt Country Park, enjoy the day exploring the trails through the mixed woodland and then stop off at the tea shop.

Alternatively, head to Wells-next-the-Sea and enjoy the vast sandy beach and colourful beach huts, fly kites or build sandcastles. Salthouse and Cley-next-the-Sea are less than ten miles and are great bird-watching locations.
