This Norfolk retreat is on the edge of the charming village of Ringstead, just 3.5 miles from the popular seaside resort of Hunstanton. The open-plan property sleeps six guests and is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a holiday that combines both coast and country. There are some beautiful walks in the area, thanks to the Peddars Way which passes through the village. For shopping and eating out, the vibrant village of Burnham Market is 10 miles away.

The red brick bungalow is bright and airy, with an open-plan layout and neutral decor. The spacious lounge/kitchen/diner is a sociable spot in which to unwind, with comfortable sofas set around a Smart TV and a large dining table by the window for sharing family mealtimes. At the far end of the room is a stylish kitchen, boasting fabulous views across the open countryside. Completing the space is a wood burner to create a cosy atmosphere on winter''s nights. The property has two tastefully decorated bedrooms and a sleek family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden has a large lawn and a gate leading to the fields beyond - ideal for four-legged guests. You''ll also find a patio with furniture for outdoor entertaining.

You''ll have a fantastic choice when it comes to nearby beaches. From the traditional coastal resort of Hunstanton, with its gift shops and seaside attractions, to the quieter, more remote beach at Holme-next-the-Sea, there''s something to suit everyone. Wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element, with several RSPB reserves within 25 miles of the property, as well as Blakeney Point National Nature Reserve (known for its colony of grey seals). Lovely peaceful location, cottage was very comfortable especially the beds. Slight issue when we arrived that the heating wasn't on and we couldn't get it to work, no phone number for owner provided, so we had to call original cottages who were very helpful & sorted the issue quickly. Overall a lovely holiday.

We enjoyed our holiday in the village of Ringstead and the spacious bungalow Journey's End, which is situated in a quiet and peaceful location. The garden is a good size, well kept and was great for our little dog to explore. We were thrilled to see two Little Owls who visited the garden each evening. This is an ideal base for visiting West and NorRead moreth Norfolk and there are lovely beaches and attractions close by. Hide
