The cottage is ideally situated for visiting Cromer. It's well equipped and has lovely comfy beds, clean linen and towels. Do watch the stairs though, they're very steep (to be expected in a property of this age). Our only issues were the overwhelming smell of dogs on entering the cottage and the lack of cleanliness on the dog hair covered sofas. Be aware - the stairs are very steep with minimal handrail support which is not described in the listing.
