We had a lovely stay in the cottage. Superb location between the National Trusts and close to supermarkets. Lovely quiet lanes and peaceful at night. Garden was lovely to sit in, especially as we came during a heat wave and there was some shade. Cottage was larger than we expected from photos! We would definitely come back and stay again!

A fantastic location for exploring the delights of Norfolk, in a very tranquil setting. The Shed Lodge was beautifully renovated -very spacious, cosy and very well eqipped. Beds were very comfortable! Very nice cottage, peaceful and quiet away from any many roads, plenty of room for us to relax and with everything we needed, nice to see the old wooden beams giving it a nice homely feel, clean and tidy. We found it a great location for the coast, the Broads and Norwich.

An absolute gem in the peace and quiet of the Norfolk Countryside. Spotlessly clean with everything for our stay. The cottage has so much character and the garden is magical in the evening amongst the apple trees and the birds. Thankyou so much to John for making us so welcome and for all the plumbs!! We will be back.

We had a lovely stay in Cart Lodge. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. It was everything we expected from a old cottage. There was plenty of room with a great outside space. We picked plums and raspberries as permitted by the owner and bought fresh farm eggs from the farm next door. My grandson lovely the property.

Well thought out accommodation and perfect for 4 in a lovely, peaceful spot but sadly compromised by a number of very basic and easily fixable maintenance issues (which we did mention to the owner when we bumped into him, quite by chance, on the last morning of our stay). Comfortable cottage in excellent location for exploring north Norfolk. Picture on website is from the back garden. Name sign by front door a bit faded so we didn't see it when we arrived. Trust google maps that you are there! Visiting in June we loved the amount of local produce available at the roadside including asparagus and eggs next door.
