Lovely, spacious cottage, very well appointed - but difficult to find initially. The road is (or was) very busy when we arrived and we both missed it (travelling in 2 cars)! Perhaps a more noticeable house name plate at the roadside would be helpful. We all enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you.

A clean well equipped comfortable house. The Jack and Jill bathroom was tricky and also did not have a shower that worked just a trickle over the bath and with our family arrangement meaning five used the other bathroom. There is a shower room downstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped. The table football was popular. Nice clean beach neaRead morerby with little cafe but a good walk if carrying anything. Our mixed age family enjoyed their stay in a relaxed atmosphere. Hide

Lovely cottage and grounds, good central location close to North Norfolk coast. would agree with previous review about lack of wardrobe and drawers in two of the bedrooms, loads of space downstairs but may struggle to sleep 8 adults we were a group of five and used one bedroom as a dressing room so ok for us.

Delightful cottage , good equipment provided even a wine fridge ! The beds were all very comfortable and everywhere was spotless . The garden was a joy . Only drawback was the lack of wardrobe space and drawers in two bedrooms but not a disaster . We really enjoyed our stay .

This is a beautiful property and very quiet, despite the road. Garden looks great and the rooms are perfect for us. Well furnished and equipped. The deer and the toad kept us amused with their antics in garden. Overall a lovely time and so convenient for so many places.

The property is amazing with lovely grounds. We had everything we needed. Close to Cromer and Sheringham. The cottage is big enough that you don't get under everyone's feet. Highly reccomended

A lovely spacious house with lovely gardens and plenty of outdoor space. Located close to the train station, although be aware of needing to walk down a busy road to get there, and about 30 minutes walk from West Runton beach

We very much enjoyed our visit to Rose cottage. There were seven of us in total. Its a great spot for local sight seeing and golf clubs. Great outside spaces to enjoy, an established garden with lots of birds and deer to enjoy. Clean and tidy with good facilities in the house. Good, adequate parking also available.
