This cottage is set right within the farm with lovely views and wonderful sunsets. However, we stayed during the harvest season in the summer holidays mid August being right on the farm we were aware of frequent lorries turning up to park up for the night with regular pressure washing of them during day time to early evening. Although we used this Read moreas a base in the main we were able to relax and enjoy quiet evenings but would often be awake early with activity outside. The location is great if wanting to make use/visit Snetterton race track which was a noise we were aware of sometimes of an evening when we arrived back from a day out. The cottage amenities were acceptable for what we needed, there was no wifi but this suited us, we did have frequent visits from flies which comes with being on a farm but found there was fly droppings over our belongings and the bedding during our stay. The cottage was clean but if you looked up the ceilings were strung with cobwebs. Comfortable bed and were brought a fan as our stay was during a heatwave. We were delivered more towels as the room was made up for 1 instead of 2 due to booking error however the towels were hand delivered but then dropped on the door mat of the entrance for us to retrieve. We also had to wash a few kitchen items before we could use them as they were not clean. Hide

A well-equipped cosy cottage perfect for two. In the middle of the farm, so business carries on as usual. Well- placed for excursions to all points. Local garage store stocks most necessaries.
