Brimming with class and artistic style, this exquisite property in rural Norfolk offers luxury accommodation for larger groups. It’s located in the quiet village of Southrepps and surrounded by pretty views and scenic walking paths ripe for discovery. You’ll have the sea 4.5 miles away in Mundesley and be just 0.5 miles from the Norfolk Coast AONB, famous for its varied landscapes and abundant wildlife. With plenty of space, including five bedrooms and lawns at the front and back, this lovely property is ideal for trips with extended family or jovial celebrations among good friends.

After taking a moment to admire the classic brick-and-stone facade, step into the cottage, where a bright and airy lounge awaits. Everything about this property is chic and elegant, from the mullion windows to the carefully chosen artwork and quality wooden furniture. Sink into the large L-shaped sofa and pop something on the Smart TV for the children while you head to the modern kitchen/diner. A breakfast bar creates a comfy space for fellow guests to chat as you create culinary delights using the range cooker. The dining area has an impressive brick fireplace at one end, housing a wood burner that you can spark up on chilly nights. When it's time for bed, there's a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room on the ground floor, which can also be accessed via a ramped path from the garden door at the front of the house. Or you can choose between a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, queen-size or twin on the first floor. If it’s fine and dry, head out through the kitchen door to reach the rosebush-adorned front garden. Out the back, a large shady lawn creates a tranquil space for outdoors fun, while a BBQ is on hand for al-fresco family feasts.

For scenic seaside walks taking in cliffs and pretty bays, join the Norfolk Coast Path 3.5 miles away in Trimingham. Cromer, a delightful seaside resort with a pier, stunning beaches and excellent eateries, is 6.5 miles away. Fancy a steam train ride through the picturesque countryside? Head south 10 miles to pick up the Bure Valley Railway for a nostalgic visual treat. Adrenaline junkies among you will love an afternoon go-karting at Karttrak (5 miles), while culture vultures will favour a trip to Felbrigg Hall (7 miles), a 17th-century National Trust house, gardens and estate.

It was a fantastic holiday for all the family and although not all the ratings were 'very good' the accommodation was perfect for our needs and hope to return.
