It’s located in the quiet village of Southrepps and surrounded by pretty views and scenic walking paths ripe for discovery. You’ll have the sea 4.5 miles away in Mundesley and be just 0.5 miles from the Norfolk Coast AONB, famous for its varied landscapes and abundant wildlife. With plenty of space, including five bedrooms and lawns at the front and back, this lovely property is ideal for trips with extended family or jovial celebrations among good friends.

After taking a moment to admire the classic brick-and-stone facade, step into the cottage, where a bright and airy lounge awaits. Everything about this property is chic and elegant, from the mullion windows to the carefully chosen artwork and quality wooden furniture. Sink into the large L-shaped sofa and pop something on the Smart TV for the children while you head to the modern kitchen/diner. A breakfast bar creates a comfy space for fellow guests to chat as you create culinary delights using the range cooker. The dining area has an impressive brick fireplace at one end, housing a wood burner that you can spark up on chilly nights. When it's time for bed, there's a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room on the ground floor, which can also be accessed via a ramped path from the garden door at the front of the house. Or you can choose between a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, queen-size or twin on the first floor. If it’s fine and dry, head out through the kitchen door to reach the rosebush-adorned front garden. Out the back, a large shady lawn creates a tranquil space for outdoors fun, while a BBQ is on hand for al-fresco family feasts.

South Cottage in South Repps was located in a very quiet area just deer and fox noises during the night. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed listening to the quite varied Vinyls (LPs) . Lovely comfortable cottage. We enjoyed staying here very much. Nice walks on the doorstep and very near the coast. Only drawback is a 9am checkout.

A terrific house - beautifully clean, well-appointed, attractive, comfortable. It made a change to have furniture and furnishings that were not second best or second-hand. The cottage itself was delightful and the garden beautiful but nice garden chairs would have made sitting outside so much nicer.

Beautiful location and a stunning, comfortable place to stay. Eight of us stayed here and there was plenty of room for us all, including someone 80 years old, who benefited from the downstairs bedroom with wet room. The Vernon arms was a welcome pub to sit in as we arrived earlier than check in. A meal at the suffield arms was good - easily walkablRead moree - but pricey. Lovely outdoor space and the kitchen/dining space was especially well equipped. I recommend the cottage. Hide
