We had a lovely holiday in this cottage. It was very warm, comfortable and clean. Some reviewers have mentioned the stairs - they are indeed steep and not straight but there are rails on both sides and we didn't feel it was a problem.

Cottage is small but well equipped and in a good location with addition of a very useful parking space for a small car. The beds were very comfortable although the second bedroom was very small and probably more suitable for a child. Also the stairs are steep and curving which maybe difficult for the less able.

No 2 Boatmans Row is a charming property in a very quiet but central location, just off the quay, in Wells-Next-The-Sea. It has all the home comforts that one requires and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It has a small front garden, which would be a good place to sit and have an evening drink, weather permitting. It also has one private car pRead morearking space which is very valuable as parking in Wells can be difficult. Hide
