The location of this cottage is unrivalled and has some beautiful artwork and touches, but beware, it is very small. You can't walk around the bed in the double and there is no where to store clothes, the double bed is also not suitable for anyone over about 5ft10. The sofas are also very small so comfort is somewhat lacking. Parking was also costlRead morey as we were rarely able to get a free spot. Hide

This is a lovely little house, very tastefully decorated and with lots of extra little decorative touches for Christmas, which was really thoughtful. The property is warm and comfortable and really well located for being able to easily walk into the town. Holt is well served both for eating out and for buying fresh produce to cook at home. We love Read moreCley and the amazing beach at Wells, both an easy drive away. Parking is probably the only issue and needs some thought whenever returning to the cottage from a drive out but a weekly pass can be purchased from the car park for 44, if helpful. Hide

This cottage is in the best location - the village of holt is beautiful and you have so many amenities on your doorstep. Cromer was our favourite seaside town and only 15 minutes down the road. Its worth a trip to see the seals at Blakeney. For kids, ROARR! adventure park was brilliant - the right size to do everything in one day and not too busyRead more, even in summer holidays. Fish and chip shop right across the road was delicious too! The cottage had everything we needed - kitchen was well equipped, including lots of beautiful Emma Bridgewater crockery! The towels were lovely and soft and clean and we had a nice goody bag on arrival. No onsite parking, but finding a nearby street was fairly easy! Hide

Would not recommend this cottage. The sofas and floors are dirty, the carpets are stained. It was a beautiful place to stay with a high quality of furnishings and was well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable relaxing holiday. It was also in the centre of Holt so we were near all the shops, restaurants and supermarket.
