The size of the lodge is I fairly small but fine for a short break and has everything you need. Location is excellent and would definitely recommend for a stay in Holt.

The cottage was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the sofa wasn't. The shower was great. Pots were placed on shelves instead of a cupboard and caused a problem for me as I struggled to reach them as they were quite high up.

Everything you need in a brilliant location. Although the cottage was a bit snug, it had everything we needed for our stay, lovely comfy bed, plenty of hot water for the shower, and all finished to a high specification . We had a problem getting the oven going (probably my fault) , but the owner was with us within an hour or so and sorted it out. The cottage, though small and compact, is a very comfortable and well equipped base from which to enjoy the many pleasures of Holt, the North Norfolk Coast and the wider area. If an evening sundowner in a fragrant garden is your thing, then the propertys small enclosed yard may not be for you.
