We enjoyed our stay at 1 The Port - a compact cottage but very well renovated to a high standard and plenty big enough for two of us and the dog! Ideally located to explore Holt and surrounding area. Car parking space a bonus! Welcome pack very appreciated.

Great location. Holt is lovely. Good restaurants/pubs all within a few minutes walk. Good furnishings and layout. The mattress was very firm. There were a couple of areas in the bathroom which could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but overall a lovely cottage.

A lovely cottage right in the heart of Holt so lots of places to eat out on the doorstep. Good to have a designated parking place but it would be tight for a large car.
