Once you've had a restful night's kip, spill out into the garden with your freshly made coffee and full English breakfast and savour the fresh sea air while eating.

Holly House is a fabulous holiday home in a great location. We had a lovely family holiday here. It is very spacious, comfortable, warm and welcoming.It is attractively and thoughtfully presented and equipped to a high standard. It has the best equipped kitchen of any House we have ever stayed in, brilliant. Shelley, the owner was a great communicaRead moretor and really kind and helpful. A lovely welcome basket and many thoughtful little touches were much appreciated. The garden is lovely, dog friendly and safe, which is great. Lots of great beaches, villages, woodland walks and Sandringham nearby. A week wasn't long enough, so we will definitely return to Holly House.
