It is such a lovely holiday location (short walk to the beach and shops) and the property is fabulous and very well equipped! My husband is registered disabled and he managed really well. We were very grateful for the lovely welcome pack after the long journey.

Really nice property on quiet estate. Garden was ideal for pets and very safe. Short walk to seafront and local hotel for food. The house was well equipped with plenty of supplies and kitchen equipment. Very generous welcome gifts which were really nice. Ideally placed to explore surrounding villages.

This is a beautifully presented house in a superb location just minutes from Mundesley centre and beach. It also has access to conservation/recreation grounds right by the property. The enclosed garden is properly enclosed for any size dog and is lovely to sit out in. The showers are powerful and bath lovely for a nice hot soak. The house is veRead morery well equipped with plenty of crockery, pots pans etc. it is also well stocked with consumables like loo rolls and dishwasher tabs etc. which makes a welcome change from many holiday properties where these are usually over rationed. There are a couple of not so positive things about the house, the beds are very firm and all four of us found them uncomfortably so. Bath towels are provided rather than bath sheets. The information pack was rather unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. Those things said this is still a lovely house in a fabulous location with lots to recommend it. Hide

Our 4th visit and the house still looks as new as it was 3 years ago Each visit we find some interior additions but the upgrade of part of the patio seating into a sun room is a great bonus in cooler days
